My Blue Rose

You dawned upon us as
Bright rays of the sun
And you lit up our lives
By being with us little one

You became our brilliant star
Shining and guiding us through the night
Our lives started revolving around you
like two moons wooing a  planet.

God’s Blessings, Lady luck, and prosperity
Entered our lives as your companions
We basked in the warmth of your divine love
And were overjoyed to have a precious jewel from heaven

Your painful struggle in the oyster
Evolved you as the purest pearl
Your resilience gives us strength
your angelic smile in pain a lesson to learn

A unique serene Buddha,
The peace loving Dalai Lama
The patient and kind form of Sai
The most fragrant and rare blue rose

you have taught us giving,
Every moment is precious,
Physical challenges can’t limit us,
Nourishing the spirit is our purpose

Language beyond words conveys it all,
Noble souls survive on prayer and meditation
Energy comes from the Divine Source
Life is to be lived beyond limitation

You are God’s own child
A special gift for us
We’re the blessed parents
To nurture you with  great love

Thank you, God, for this life
The trials and the lessons
Have ennobled us beyond measure
We’re truly blessed to have this divine presence.

He is Yours but ours too
Keep him in your caring protection
Our greatest fear  being mortal
We dedicate him to you for Your Grace and Benediction.
